Caring for a loved one with a developmental disability is rewarding, but it can also be challenging. Sometimes families need a break—whether for a weekend, a few weeks, or during an unexpected emergency. That’s where our respite care program comes in.

At Threshold Residential Services, we provide safe, supportive care for individuals needing short-term or long-term placement. Families can rest assured knowing their loved one is in capable and compassionate hands.

  • Licensed Homes: Our Licensed Residential Facilities and Supported Living Sites meet the highest compliance standards to ensure health, safety, and comfort.
  • Community Locations: We offer residential sites throughout Columbiana County, with central hubs in East Palestine, Columbiana, and Salem.
  • Person-Centered Approach: Each home is designed around the needs of the individuals who live there. With the support of a multi-disciplinary team, we focus on all areas of growth and development—empowering each person on their life journey.
