Residential Program
We own and operate Licensed Residential Facilities, each of which are four-bedroom homes complete with cable, internet, and phone service.
Open Door Opportunities Day Program
Our newly renovated space offers integrated habilitation and vocational training options for individuals interested in Adult Day Program services. We also offer non-medical transportation to our locations.
Nursing Care
Our medical team, under the direction of our Director of Nursing, an ADN-Registered Nurse, provides for the health and safety of the people we serve.
Respite Care
Some families occasionally need a break from caring for a loved one with a developmental disability or experience emergency situations. We provide respite care for individuals needing short-term or long-term placement. Whether it’s for a weekend or for a few months, we’ll provide quality care to your loved one.
Environmental Accessibility Adaptations
We are certified by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities to transform spaces, enabling independence and inclusivity, revolutionizing accessibility.
