Day Program

Helping individuals obtain & maintain employment.

Vocational services are provided at the Detail Shop, East Palestine Corner Store, and while working on the Lawn Crew. Vocational services learned at our Day Programs translate to employment skills in the community.

We became certified as a vendor through the Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities in 2017, which enables the organization to provide job coaching, community-based assessments, and summer youth programs for individuals seeking employment in community settings. Ensuring capable and interested individuals obtain community employment and maintaining that employment is a passion we have at Threshold.

Transportation

We provide Non-Medical Transportation (NMT) to individuals who attend any of the Adult Day Program locations owned and operated by Threshold. We currently have a fleet of six light transit buses and vans used in our daily operation.

Habilitation Services

We offer integrated Habilitation and Vocational service options for individuals interested in Adult Day Program services. Habilitation services are based out of Open Door Opportunities and feature skill development, socialization, and integrated activities throughout the community.

Employment Services

Individuals seeking community integrated employment should contact Seth Walker, Program Director.
