As a native of Columbiana County, Seth started his career at Threshold in 2013 as a Direct Support Professional, marking the beginning of his dedication to enhancing the lives of individuals within the organization. Over the years, Seth’s commitment and expertise have seen him transition through many roles across Threshold’s Residential Department, the Day Program, and Employment Services. Having earned his undergraduate degree from Tiffin University in 2012 and subsequently achieving a Master’s in Social Work from Youngstown State University in 2017, Seth brings a comprehensive understanding of social services and program management to his role. Seth oversees the strategic implementation and development of programs, ensuring they align with the organization’s mission and goals. His compassionate and servant leadership at Threshold helps residents, clients, and his coworkers achieve their full potential.
