Residential
We provide person-centered, community-integrated Residential Services in 22 locations throughout Columbiana County. From cozy congregate group homes with 24/7 onsite care to individual apartments utilizing state of the art Remote Supports; we have the capability to support you or your loved one to live the life you envision.
Day Program
Our programs meet individuals where they are and support them in where they want to go. We offer multiple Day Program sites which provide instruction in Activities of Daily Living, Functional Academics, Vocational Skills, and plenty of recreational outings. We strive to be community inclusive and immerse our individuals in the fabric of our neighborhoods.
Nursing Care
Our nursing team members handle all medical aspects of our clients’ lives including their caseloads, taking them to doctors’ appointments, and overseeing wellness.

We are proud to be a provider of Integrated Community Employment Services. Using a person-centered team approach, we match individuals seeking competitive integrated employment with workplaces looking for employees. With job coaches, onsite training, and pre-vocational assistance, we assist adults with Developmental Disabilities to find employment and further their independence.
Respite Care
For caregivers who are unexpectedly able to care for their loved one or for individuals needing a temporary safe place to live, we are here to provide high-quality care at a moment’s notice.
