DD Awareness Month is in full swing, and we’re thrilled to celebrate the incredible impact of individuals like John!

A proud TRS resident since 1989, John is a beloved member of his community. Since 2019, he has greeted every customer at his workplace with a warm smile and a friendly wave. Living independently in his own home, John receives a blend of onsite and remote services through Threshold, empowering him to lead the life he chooses.

Beyond work, John enjoys fishing at the local pond and attending sporting events. Recently, he was honored with a longevity award from the Columbiana County Board of Developmental Disabilities for reaching an impressive five-year employment milestone at Sprinklz On Top in East Palestine.
