Jarrod Hartman
Facilities Management Director
Jarrod Hartman is a 46-year-old lifelong resident of Canfield and a graduate of Springfield Local Schools. With more than 30 years of construction experience, he has built a career grounded in hard work, craftsmanship, and dedication as both a union carpenter and union brick mason.
Jarrod has been married for 22 years and is the proud father of four children. He grew up on his family’s farm in Canfield, where he still lives and works today, continuing the values of community, responsibility, and perseverance that shaped him from an early age.
In addition to his professional experience, Jarrod is deeply involved in the local community through youth sports. He coaches baseball and basketball year-round for Boardman Schools and local recreation teams, helping mentor and develop young athletes both on and off the playing field.
As Facilities Management Director, Jarrod brings decades of hands-on experience, leadership, and a strong commitment to serving his community.
