Born and raised in Lisbon, Chris assumed leadership roles early in life through athletics and his graduating class. Chris earned his B.S. in Psychology from Bethany College in West Virginia. Chris first began working with the developmentally disabled in 2010 when he was hired as a wraparound for school-age children, igniting his passion for working with the disabled. Chris’ passion to serve the disabled has resulted in Chris holding various leadership roles in private non-profits, as well as working with the disabled as a county board employee. Chris began his employment at TRS in 2014 as a Residential Manager, working his way up to become the CEO in 2019. A goal-oriented executive, Chris leads TRS with a demonstrated adherence to integrity, positivity, and mindfulness, while being evolutionary.
