Drew, originally from Campbell, Ohio, joined Threshold in March 2024 after graduating from Jefferson College with an Associate of Science degree in Respiratory Therapy. He later pursued studies in Human Resources at Youngstown State University, transitioning into the field. With over a decade of experience in Human Resources, Drew has focused on recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. His career reflects a dedication to growth and expertise in fostering a positive workplace environment. Drew is certified as a Safety Management Specialist (SMS) by the Board-Certified Safety Professionals, emphasizing his commitment to workplace safety and compliance. In his role, Drew oversees all Human Resources operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and promoting inclusivity and employee well-being. His leadership continues to drive Threshold’s dedication to excellence and employee satisfaction.
