His journey into the field of developmental disabilities support began in 2010 when he started as a wraparound for school-age children, sparking a deep-seated passion for supporting individuals with disabilities. Known for his goal-oriented approach, Chris navigates Threshold with integrity, fostering a culture rooted in positivity, mindfulness, and continual evolution. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, ensuring that Threshold remains at the forefront of exceptional care and support. Chris has been deeply involved in the East Palestine community, serving on various boards such as the East Palestine Community Improvement Corporation and providing crucial leadership during the aftermath of the train derailment.
